WI update for 2-15

2-1-10 weight 252.0 lbs
2-8-10 weight 248.0 lbs down 4.0 lbs
2-15-10 weight 245.5 lbs down 2.5 more lbs down 6.5 total lbs

Well just 2.5 more pounds, but a loss is a loss. I think it may be time to step up the cardio just a little.
