The first of February I started a plan for a new me. I am working out daily at the YMCA and watching my intake better. I will be doing weigh-ins on Monday mornings and keeping a record here.
This first week has gone great. I am loving working out and the extra energy I seem to have now. And it has paid off, I can also see my endurance building as I am able to push myself more now then on day one.
2-1-10 weight 252.0 lbs
2-8-10 weight 248.0 lbs down 4.0 lbs!
Not a bad start I say.
